Non-stretch (rigid) denim gives jeans a cool, vintage, and authentic look and feel. Rigid denim can feel stiff and firm when you first put it on; its true beauty will appear over time as you break in the fabric with your own wear pattern. The rigid denim has just the right amount of body-molding give, yet holds you in and up in all the right places. Rigid denim generally has more structure than high-stretch denim, it tends to fit better over time. It gives slim and straight-leg fits amazing attitude and also works wonders for denim shirts and jackets.
Our collection denims comprise of items we speculate and produce for each season, with the ability to re-order on a regular basis. This collection provides the flexibility for a client to purchase even small quantities without any minimum quantity.
We carry some items which are limited in quantity and availability. Most of these items come from high-quality mills in Japan resulting from end of the season stocks, or over productions. These items usually cannot be re-ordered again, once the stock is sold out. However, it is a good opportunity for you to get our high-quality denims at low prices.
If you would like a particular denim we do not have available in our collection, we can source the item from our network of worldwide denim mills.
We, Premier Mode Co., Ltd., are a denim fabric importer based in Bangkok, Thailand with more than 50 years experience. Our company was originally founded in Osaka, Japan in 1961, but in 1995 relocated our head office to Bangkok. We bridge the crucial link between denim mills and garment manufacturers by supplying the market with the latest trends in denim at the most affordable prices, while consistently making sure our quality is beyond what is available in the local market. Our denims are sourced from mills with reputations in manufacturing denims of upmost quality and cutting-edge style, and we work with suppliers who are trustworthy in order to provide our customers with the standard they require. In today's global market, our worldwide contacts, as well as the close ties maintained with our Japanese and international suppliers from China, Hong Kong, Indonesia, Pakistan, India, and Turkey, provide us the opportunity to sell superior quality fabrics at competitive and economical rates that cannot be matched by others.
Cotton is the primary raw material of denim, but it may also include yarns and fibres such as: tencel, rayon, viscose, modal, polyester, microdenier polyester, linen, spandex, polyurethane, lycra, coolmax, lyocell, recycled polyester, and more. We make sure our associated mills monitor the yarn and fibre selection process strictly, using only ring-spun yarn and fine quality materials to ensure that all our denims are produced are at the highest quality.
Every roll of our denim fabric is visually inspected and passes through a strict quality monitoring system by our mills, which ensures there are no flaws or defects in the weave, and goods are of best quality. We follow strict quality norms for all our production and stock items. All our denim fabrics fall into either “A” grade or “B” grade. About 90% of our items are “A” grade, while we have about 5-10% of Japanese “B” grade. In the case of damaged goods, we hold ourselves liable and will proceed accordingly.
Our customers range from large manufacturers making garments for chain stores, down to medium and small size retail and wholesale stores in the Thai garment industry. Although we deal primarily with local customers, we are also engaged in supplying fabrics to exporters and export houses, and our products have been exported to Japan, USA, Europe, South East Asia, and more. We have faithfully met each customer's requirements promptly and fairly, and have satisfied customers around the world.
Denim comes in all forms, weights, looks, and washes, continually evolving over time. Originating in the mid-1800s when it was made as durable clothing for workers, until today when it has become essential in every wardrobe. Fashion today is incomplete without denim. We use various methods including fashion trend research, sales data analysis, and customer feedback in order to select and develop new denim items ahead of time and stay ahead of trends, in order to meet the unique needs of global fashion markets.
We believe it is essential to keep up with the latest developments in the denim industry, from the latest yarn innovation to garment production technology such as: special yarns that create functional denim with unique properties such as antimicrobial, antibacterial, coolmax, and more; new types of spandex that allow greater stretch, better recovery, and longer lasting jeans; and laser technology being used in garment process of jeans.

This change begins with ‘transparency’ – the ultimate commitment by brands and retailers to share all available information along the entire supply chain – from fiber through to garments. We offer our customers sustainable and environmentally-friendly choices such as: denim made without hazardous chemicals, denim made from recycled plastic, organic cotton yarns and denim made with minimal waste and water.
Customers may stipulate their end users required standards to comply with, and we will ensure their productions are carried out in accordance to their standards. For denims, the quality standards are only tested on pre-washed fabric, as we do not have controls over the washing facilities the end users may be using.
All our denim is packaged and stored at our Bangkok warehouse and ready for immediate delivery. They are stored in clean, cool temperature, storage warehouse with 24-hour security, away from sunlight so the denim can be maintained in good condition.
Every roll of our denim is wrapped in strong and durable plastic from the mill using a packing machine. All the rolls are marked with sticker tags with information such as roll number, shade, length, etc. We also provide a packing list with more detailed information about each roll.
We ship our fabrics to customers around the world by ground, ship, and air delivery. We complete local deliveries by truck within a few days of request. All deliveries are subject to the shipment schedule.

Customers are welcome to request as many yards as needed to test our denim fabric by doing washes and making a sample garment before confirming the item. During testing, customers may notify us if they would like to hold the item. For stock items, customers may hold an item for a limited period of time, so we recommend a quick response to ensure the item is still available after testing.
